Before you pay

At www.qenasa.com, review the selected garment, size, quantity and delivery address before submitting checkout. Read the displayed currency and final total, including any charges shown for your order. Available payment methods are the methods presented at that checkout.

Your payment provider may ask you to approve the transaction. Follow its instructions and return to the store when the payment process is complete.

If the result is unclear

A pending entry on a bank or wallet statement may be an authorization rather than a completed charge. Check for an order confirmation before trying to pay again. If you cannot match the transaction to an order, email [email protected] with the date, amount and a non-sensitive transaction reference.

Currency conversion and charges applied separately by your provider are governed by that provider's terms. When a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method where supported. The provider's processing affects when the credit appears on your statement.
