These terms cover use of Qenasa and purchases submitted through www.qenasa.com. Please read the product information and checkout details before ordering.

Shopping and order records

Provide accurate contact and delivery information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order may require checks relating to stock, payment or delivery availability. If an error or availability issue affects your purchase, we will explain the issue and any cancellation or refund that follows.

Using the website

Product photographs support the written description; screen settings can affect how a color appears. You may browse and shop for personal use, but must not interfere with the service, misuse another person's details or attempt unauthorized access. Questions and governing law

Send a question or dispute concerning these terms to [email protected], identifying the relevant order where applicable. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or prevents access to a remedy available under applicable law. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order.
